I simply took a few 1" by 12" strips of tissue paper, sometimes longer or shorter thinner or layered and scrunched them into rosettes. I literally just used masking tape to hold them inplace as I went. Every now and then I created a flower just by cutting it out of the tissue, this gives it a little less uniformed look. Then I just placed them randomly on my wall. It is the perfect temporary spring decoration.

I love how it turned out, it adds such great texture to the room.
Also the results are in, and I did not win the Ruffles and Stuff contest. It was really fun making my entries though and I look forward to participating in more contests. Right now I am a little distracted by the possibility of moving, but once this passes there about 50 things I want to try and make thanks to all the crazy entries to the contest, way too many cute things.
